印度BIS認證
認證基本內容
（一）認證原則
印度的產品認證實行自愿認證原則，旨在為最終消費者提供有質量保證、安全可靠的產品?？紤]到公共衛生和安全以及大眾消費等因素，印度政府通過發布即時法令，對特定產品施行強制認證。印度標準局僅就申請授予認證證書，強制的具體工作由相關權力機構執行。
（二）認證標志
BIS頒布的ISI標志（見下圖）是產品符合印度標準的標志，也是符合產品規格證明。所有的BIS認證均執行印度標準，檢測合格獲得證書的，使用通用的 ISI標志。40多年來，IS標志在印度及其鄰國是優質產品的象征。由于相當一部分印度標準與國際標準化組織ISO標準、國際電工委員會IEC標準一致， 印度標準號也與ISO/IEC標準基本一致，某些標準還具有雙重編號，如IS/ISO或IS/IEC，因此冠以IS/ISO、IS/IEC雙重標志。

認證條件
1. 制造商在印度設立辦事處或者聯絡機構或者委任代理人；
2. 制造商工廠必須要配備所有測試申請認可產品符合相關印度標準的基礎設施。
證書類別
1年期的BIS證書（初次申請，證書有效期為1年，到期后，更新證書，有效期可延長至兩年）
需要提交的技術文件
1. 申請表；
2. 證明在印度當地有代理人的任命表，或者證明制造商印度辦事處的證明文件，以及印度儲備銀行的許可書；
3. 證明公司成立的文件，比如注冊證；
4. 工藝流程圖，說明產品制造的全過程，（從原材料到成品）；
5. 質量控制體系（如質量手冊，質量控制計劃，測試安排等）；
6. 如果有的話，提供產品或者體系認證的其他詳細資料；
7. 如果有的話，在認證前提供用于產品制造的元件或原材料的詳細資料；
8. 生產制造的機器的清單；
9. 測試過程中的試驗設備清單；
10. 產品設計圖；
11. 實驗室主管，技術和QC職員的資格證書以及經歷的詳細細節；
12. 來自認可的獨立實驗室或者工廠自己的實驗室的測試報告；
13. 廠房的布局示意圖，清楚的顯示出主要的生產機器，實驗室等；
14. 工廠附近的交通示意圖，從最近的機場或火車站到工廠的示意圖，以及從從印度到工廠的詳細說明；
15. 匯票底單。
